Aug. 04, 2025
As environmental regulations tighten, Dinoer titanium anodes are playing an increasingly vital role in electrochemical wastewater treatment. Their advantages include zero secondary pollution and high efficiency in degrading organic pollutants. For example, in cyanide-containing wastewater treatment, Dinoer titanium anodes achieve a 99.5% removal rate by electrochemically oxidizing cyanide (CN⁻) into CO₂ and N₂, far surpassing traditional chemical precipitation methods.
Recently, Dinoer's 3D porous titanium anodes (e.g., titanium fiber felts) have emerged as a research hotspot. Their high surface area provides more active sites, increasing COD degradation efficiency by over 50% compared to flat anodes. In one case, a plating plant adopted Dinoer's boron-doped diamond (BDD)-coated porous titanium anodes to treat chromium-containing wastewater, achieving a hexavalent chromium reduction rate of 8g/(h·m²) while cutting energy consumption by 20%.
Nevertheless, complex water compositions (e.g., high chloride or organic content) can lead to coating deactivation. To address this, Dinoer combines pulse electrolysis with ultrasonic assistance, using cavitation effects to remove scaling from the anode surface. This approach enables Dinoer titanium anodes to operate continuously for over 6,000 hours in landfill leachate treatment, offering a viable path toward zero industrial wastewater discharge.
