On August 24, 2025, Shaanxi Dinore Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. held a unique and meaningful family-day team-building event at the picturesque Guanshan Pasture. The event, themed "Standing Shoulder to Shoulder with You, Growing Together," invited employees to bring their families for the first time, aiming to allow every employee to relax while experiencing the warmth and care of the company's extended family.

In the morning, sunlight bathed the rolling meadows of Guanshan Pasture as employees arrived with their families. Children ran joyfully across the grass, elders breathed in the fresh air with smiles on their faces, and the company thoughtfully arranged free time for each family to enjoy this rare leisure moment at their own pace. Some families chose horseback riding, some strolled along the streams, while others flew kites with their children on the grass—everywhere was filled with laughter and cheer.

At noon, the pasture was filled with enticing aromas. The company prepared a local specialty feast of roasted whole lamb. Employees and their families gathered around, enjoying the crispy and tender roast lamb while chatting happily about life’s little joys. Xiaoli from the marketing department, who brought his parents along, said movedly, "The company has been so thoughtful, caring not only for us employees but also for our families. This truly makes my parents feel the warmth of the company."

The bonfire party in the evening brought the event to its climax. The blazing bonfire illuminated smiling faces as employees and their families held hands and danced joyfully around the fire. Children sang and danced excitedly, while even the elders couldn’t resist joining in the dance. Company leaders chatted warmly with employees’ families, learning about each family’s situation and listening to their thoughts. The wife of Xiaowang from the finance department remarked emotionally, "This event helped me truly understand what my husband often refers to as the 'Dinore family.'"

This event did not follow a strict schedule or tasks but instead allowed employees and their families to bond in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The company’s general manager stated, "We hope that through such a relaxed format, employees can feel that the company is not just a workplace but a supportive family. Employee happiness cannot do without family support, which is why we specially invited families to share in this warmth."

As night fell, under a starry sky, the event came to a close in a warm atmosphere. This trip to Guanshan Pasture not only allowed employees to relax but also gave their families a deeper understanding and recognition of Dinore.
